The telephone is an efficient and effective tool to close business at the best of times... But in the age of social distancing, it becomes the primary method to maintain clear and constructive dialogue with our prospects and customers. Closing over the phone needn't be complicated; but it does call for curiosity, charisma and confidence.


During this session we will:

  • outline the basic structure to set up a successful close
  • distil the key points to establish constructive leverage
  • offer a tip to elevate our impact at each step




About the Presenter:  Matt Baxter

Matt Baxter draws upon 12 years of experience selling over the telephone; spanning B2C to B2B, EMEA to APAC, generating pipeline to closing deals, and individual contributorship to leadership. My current mission is making the world more secure whilst helping people to progress in their careers, make money, and have fun on that journey.
